Issue #5 Dev.Mag – game development magazine
The 5th installment of the local game development magazine, Dev.Mag, was released this last weekend and in it are no less that 2 articles on Prehysteria; they even made it to the cover!
Danny’s article on transparencies and blending is also worth a read and the tutorials on the 3D modeling application Blender now include showing the menu options which was asked for in the feedback (before they just had the shortcut keys and you had to learn a dismal array of combinations).
I need to get my ass into gear if I’m going to submit my article on meta-gaming for the 6th issue. I also thought about writing something on the possibilities with using surfaces but with the latest Game.Dev competition exciting everyone, it’ll have to wait.
