Body-for-Life: Week 1


Last week I started Body-for-Life and I have to thank Gavin Warrener for his before-and-after photos because if “seeing is believing” then I have to accept the program because of the transformation I’ve witnessed before my eyes.

I’ve committed myself to the 12 week program and my goals are to get to 80kg (I started at 105kg) and have a flat stomach at the end of the 3 months.

The diet and exercise regime is not that hectic and I find it’s more about planning and discipline than anything else. I also have to thank Mark and Craig Nicholson for the wealth of information they’ve given me as well as some encouragement here and there.

I’m not going to upset your stomachs by uploading my “before” photos now, but I will give you something at the halfway mark and at the end of the program. I will also be posting a weekly progress report.
