Body-for-Life: Week 2
This week was a lot harder than the first and I’ve already broken the good habits I was forming by attending a company social on Friday for some drinks and then attending my friend’s birthday on Saturday and drinking more (just forget about asking about Sunday!).
My weight is fluctuating like a sin graph but for the most part going down slowly. I know that I’m supposed to be putting on muscle which will weigh more in the end but I still believe I should get down to the 80kg level.
I want to be ultra-steadfast for the rest of September because for the 3 days while I’m at rAge (starting with 29th September) I won’t have an opportunity to gym or eat healthily and I want to reward myself with that break.
