2 Blogs to read

There are 2 blogs I really want to encourage you to look at and add to your aggregated feed.

The first is Coding Horror by Jeff Atwood, who’s a software developer primarily interested in best practices and human interaction with computers; and the second is Scott Hanselman’s Computer Zen by Scott Hanselman, a web developer and technologist.

Both have near daily posts (I’m very jealous that they find the time and have the discipline to post so much) and their material is regularly insightful and thought provoking. I’ve convinced my co-workers to add these 2 blogs to their feeds and the material is often discussed by the coffee machine.

Coding Horror’s post vary widely from file system path length discussions and UI design considerations to quiet hardware requirements and power consumptions. Scott Hanselman is a little more personal, with posts about tools he regularly uses and his little boy Zenzo; but he still capturers my attention with CardSpace and ASP.NET issues. Scott Hanselman also hosts Hanselminutes, a .NET Rocks-like podcast.
